It was this quote by George Bernard Shaw that inspired Leah Turner and Jennifer Lee to become Personal Empowerment Coaches.

Two years ago, Leah Turner and Jennifer Lee left the comfort and security of the corporate world to pursue their passion….coaching others to success!

Combining Leah’s marketing/communications experience and life coach training  with Jennifer’s sales management and training background, they co- founded Creating Your Masterpiece and went on a mission to bring the unique and action–oriented coaching practices to the masses!

They have been featured in numerous magazines and publications and are frequent guests on television and radio stations, as well as hosting their own Podcast show featured on Itunes.

This year, they also *unveiled* their first CD empowerment tool: Creating Your Masterpiece: A 30 Day Guide to Becoming the Artist of Your Life!

Jennifer Lee has spent the past 20 years training, coaching and managing sales professionals in a variety of industries, including Real Estate, Manufacturing and Call Center Management. Jennifer’s coaching specialty is working with entrepreneurs by partnering with them in designing strategic sales and marketing plans, while maintaining balance and success in all areas of their personal and professional lives. Jennifer offers a Christian-based coaching technique for those seeking to combine their spiritual beliefs into coaching.

Jennifer is involved with various business associations; Leadership Team for premier women’s business building organization WOAMTEC, Educational Chair for ABWA, member of Seminole County Chamber and sits on the Jewish Family Services Board of Directors, chairing the Marketing Committee.

A Florida native, Jennifer lives in Central Florida with her husband Randy, cats Missy and Sissy Lee. She enjoys walking, listening to music, reading her Bible, going to the movies with her son Phillip, and relaxing with her gal pals.

Leah Turner has over 20 years experience as a highly charged corporate executive in the real estate and home building industries. Her professional experience in sales/marketing, training, and communications led her to see that her true passion was empowering people to achieve both personal and professional fulfillment and success. Leah’s coaching specialty is business coaching with executives, managers and sales professionals.

Leah formalized her coaching education by attending COACH University, the nation’s oldest accredited coach training institute, and earned her CEG designation (Core Essential Graduate) to become a Personal Coach. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Leah is a weekly blog contributor and webinar presenter for Skirts In Dirt, a nationwide networking organization for women working in the field of real estate. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Greater Federation of Women’s Club (GFWC).

A graduate of the University of South Florida, Leah received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. She and her husband reside in Orlando, FL.
